Melissa was so welcoming, patient and gentle with my son. In a very quick space of time she was able to build a connection with my son by letting him wander around the set, look at the camera and then showing him parts of the cake or toys to get him to look in the right direction for the pictures. Melissa was incredibly professional but also made you feel like you had known her for years. She would happily engage in songs and silly faces to make my son laugh and keep him interested!
